Ballsy Foods Order Changes And Cancellation Policy

Our goal at Ballsy Foods is to get your order to you as fast as possible because we know our products can only change your life once you have them in your hands. The second you submit your order, our production team queues it for the next monthly batch. Once the team finishes making a batch of snacks, our team starts packing it up to ensure it makes it to your doorstep in record time. Because of that, it is our policy that orders cannot be changed or cancelled once they have been placed. However, we understand people change their minds which is why we have our refund policies. Please see the below sections to get step-by-step instructions for the type of product you wish to request a refund for.

SNACKS AND SUPPLEMENTS

If you decide, prior to the monthly batch being made, that you no longer want the product(s) you ordered, please follow these steps:

1. Initiate A Refund Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA):

A Return RMA is required to return your Ballsy products. Ballsy Support can be contacted on the website or services@ballsyfoods.com.

2. Return The Ballsy Product(s) You’d Like Refunded:

Take the product(s) you would like a refund for to your nearest shipping facility (UPS, FedEx, postal service, etc). 

Please note that refunds will only be given for products that are returned. The RMA number must accompany your return.  This can be found on the return slip provided.

BALLSY is NOT responsible for stolen or lost packages, packages sent to the wrong address, or for refunding or replacing packages in these cases.

The customer is responsible for filing all claims with the postal carrier. Ballsy is not responsible for any package(s) once it is in the hands of the postal service, FedEx, UPS or any other carriers.

Returns need to be received within 15 days from the RMA issue date.

4. Shipping Costs

You are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning your product(s). We do not cover/reimburse for shipping costs for returns/exchanges.

In addition, you are responsible for any reshipping costs & fees associated with orders, domestic or international, that are returned to us for either having an insufficient address, wrong address, unclaimed, etc. 

5. Refund Timeframe

Your refund will be processed once the product(s) you’ve returned have been received by our shipping department.

Once the refund request is approved, in all cases, refunds will be made ONLY via the original form of payment. Please note that it may take up to two (2) billing cycles for the refund credit to appear on your statement.

APPAREL and ACCESSORIES

If you decide, within 30 days of the date your order was placed, that you no longer want the product(s) you ordered, please follow these steps:

A Return RMA is required to return your Ballsy products. Ballsy Support can be contacted on the website, at 250.686.7631 or services@ballsyfoods.com.

 

2. Return The Ballsy Product(s) You’d Like Refunded:

Take the product(s) you would like a refund for to your nearest shipping facility (UPS, FedEx, the postal service, etc). 

Please note that refunds will only be given for products that are returned in ‘new’ condition, including unwashed, unworn and with original tags attached and original packing slip included. The RMA number must accompany your return.  This can be found on the return slip provided.
